Multi-purpose horizontal shredder for long materials
The slow speed horizontal shredder ZMTHL is suitable for the comminution of long materials. With its solid steel rotor, the robust machine body and its high weight the machine ensures a low-noise shredding and smooth operation even with hard materials.
Depending on the customer’s requirements, the rotor is equipped with four times usable cutting tools which are form-fitting fixed in the rotor or with cutting inserts on tool holders that are form-fitting bolted into the rotor. The chip size can be varied easily by changing the screen.
The material is fed to the machine by a load-dependent controlled conveyor chute or belt conveyor. The shredded output can be discharged pneumatically or mechanically.
