Card-Paper-Sort ZCPS

For the separation of cardboard out of paper

The card-paper-sort ZCPS has two rotors, the lower one armed with nails. The inelastic cardboard gets impaled by this rotor and is peeled off at the bottom of the machine. Elastic paper is pressed into the profile of the upper rotor and discharged at the backside of the machine. The nails are pre-tensioned by springs and thus can move into the rotor body in case of appearing foreign objects. The wing of the ZCPS is hydraulically pre-tensioned and draws aside in case of bigger extraneous objects.

By combining two or more card-paper-sort machines with different profile sizes of the upper rotors in a line, a cardboard free paper stream can be achieved.
